Axxis Introduces Private Markets Order Management & e-Commerce Platform

July 7, 2009 – Axxis Software is pleased to announce the release of an integrated order management system for phone, web and internally placed orders. The Axxis Private Markets software is integrated with the price quotation and notification software to provide a flexible and comprehensive sales management system with an eCommerce platform for jobbers and wholesalers.

The Private Markets centralized order entry and management application is the latest addition to the Axxis software suite. Private Markets has been designed to streamline the sales process from price quotation through ordering while providing critical information to both the dispatching and billing processes. Through database integration with the price quotation and notification system, electronic price notifications created in PriceRite are available in the Private Markets system to ensure error-free pricing.

The Axxis Private Markets solution offers a combination of web based and desktop tools that are tailored to your specific workflow and notification needs. Axxis Private Markets provides full control and visibility of orders whether they are placed over the web, via the phone or from your sales or dispatch team(s) on behalf of customers.

There are three main components to the Axxis Private Markets system:

1. Customer Order Portal
2. Marketer Order Portal
3. Order and Dispatch Management Control Center

Customers can place orders directly from the secured web customer order portal, call in and “keep-full” orders can also be entered into the Private Markets system, either by remote based sales reps via the marketer order portal, or internally using the order and dispatch management control center. Regardless of the source of the order, customers, sales, accounting and dispatch have real-time access to order information and status based on their authorization level.
