Rich Lisauskas, CPA
President & CEO
Rich joined Axxis in December of 2001. He was appointed to the company’s board of directors as President and Chief Executive Officer in October of 2003. Rich brings more than 25 years of industry and high-tech experience, including a unique blend of enterprise software, business management, sales and operations expertise. Before joining the company, Rich was Vice President of Business Development for the Cedar Group, a UK-based publicly traded enterprise software and solutions provider. While at Cedar, Rich was responsible for many executive relationships including global partners Oracle, Business Objects and Siemens. Under Rich’s leadership, Cedar’s North American division was able to significantly increase its sales and service revenues.
Prior experience included eight years as an accountant and consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick and Price Waterhouse (PWC). While at PWC, Rich pioneered their first Business Process Outsourcing Unit within their compliance practice and served many high-tech companies as an advisor and consultant on diverse issues such as technology integration, financial reporting and international tax structuring.
Rich is a CPA and a member of the AICPA. He is also a member of the AICPA Technology Committee. He holds a BS degree in Accounting from Bentley College.
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Art joined Axxis in July of 2003 as a proven executive who brings over 35 years of industry and high-tech experience, including a unique blend of enterprise software, business management, sales and operations expertise. He was promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing in October of that year. Art is responsible for leading and managing the company’s corporate marketing activities and sales efforts. Prior to joining Axxis, Art was the VP of Sales & Marketing at Slingshot, an e-commerce supply chain management software company. At Slingshot Art was responsible for launching industry focused e-commerce supply chain management software and service offerings throughout North America.
Prior experience included VP of Marketing for the Cedar Group, a UK-based publicly traded enterprise software and solutions provider. At Cedar, Art was responsible for launching new software and service offerings throughout North America. He was responsible for the annual worldwide User Group conference and was the corporate representative for the User Advisory Boards. Under Art’s leadership, Cedar’s North American division was able to expand its solutions from standard accounting applications to a comprehensive suite of ERP and CRM applications significantly increasing its sales and service revenues.
Director, Rack Product Development
Tanya joined OPIS with the acquisition of Axxis Petroleum, where she started in 1998. She is responsible for all operations, internal sales support and customer care operational activities in the St. Paul, MN office. She works closely with the customer base in determining new product development and product enhancements that continually improve OPIS. She has developed and trained the team responsible for the technical automation, process improvement and documentation of the St. Paul operations.
Axxis Divisional Information Officer
Brian joined Axxis in February of 2016 as Information Technology professional with over 25 years of high-tech software experience, including roles as software developer, product specialist, product manager, project manager and director of program management. Brian has a special blend of technology and business including sales, operations and software development. Brian is responsible for leading the Axxis development team in delivering software solutions that comprise the Axxis Suite using an Agile development process. Prior to joining Axxis, Brian held positions within the software industry including positions with IBM, MCI, GXS and Notable Solutions. Brian has experience with e-commerce supply chain management, workflow processing software and web-based application design. Brian has led teams and worked with partners within North America, EMEA and ASPAC.
Director of Professional Services and Customer Support
Jennifer Brennan has served as the North American Director of Professional Services & Customer Support of Axxis since 2012. Her software implementation, strategic planning and leadership experience in Professional Services & Customer Support is extensive, stretching back more than 15 years. She has a proven track record in the identification and change management of procedural methodologies, scalable process standards and productivity optimizations, with a sole focus of providing exceptional service and customer delight. Jen attended George Mason University, majoring in Business Administration and was a member of their NCAA Division I, top 10, Women’s Soccer Team. Additionally, she served 5 years in the Unites States Marine Corps, where she was meritoriously promoted, received a Navy Certificate of Commendation and various letters of appreciation and meritorious masts for superior job performance.
Customer Support Manager
Bobbi has worked with Axxis for over 14 years. She currently leads a team providing excellent customer service to the petroleum industry. She has a deep and broad knowledge of the petroleum industry, Axxis solutions, and what it takes to provide excellent customer service. She has implemented solutions, led implementation teams, resolved customer issues and manages a team focused on providing top notch customer service.
Bobbi lives in St. Paul, Minnesota with her husband and young daughter.
